Discover the most extreme area of the European continent, the Nordkyn peninsula. Feel the enormous white plains in the fjells like white deserts, wild and silent, surrounded by the crystal clear blue Barents Sea. The service car will follow us at the road, with all luggage. Physical demands: Expedition for people with good health. Physically hard expedition with average distances 200 km pr.day.

Luosto - Sodankyla – Ivalo
Start with instructions how to drive your snowmobile safely, and departure of the expedition.
Heading north for the capes of the Barents Sea, crossing the enormous Finnish forests and the desert white plains of the fells. Lunch at Vuotso village.
The expedition continues along the forest and valley landscape to the ski resort Saariselka,
Accommodation in a local hotel .
Sauna, dinner and overnight.

Departure for new adventures on the snowmobile!
Riding your own snowmobile from Ivalo – Lake Enare – Nuorgam – Polmak.
Crossing the enormous lake Enare, one of the largest inland seas of Finland.
Lunch in a guesthouse on the way
Arriving at Nuorgam village, at the border between Finland and Norway.
Finnish sauna, delicious traditional dinner, overnight in timber cottages or comfortable apartments.

Nuorgam - Nordkyn – Mehamn
The safari continues: discovering the great white planes of the fells in the most extreme terrain of Europe, Ifjord mountains and the Nordkyn peninsula.
Crossing over Ifjord fells, watching the fascinating mountains of this wild and desert region, representative for the Sami districts of Norway.
Heading for the Nordkyn peninsula. Climbing up the mountains again – enjoying the panorama view of the Norwegian fjords. Driving high speed over the long planes of Nordkyn mountains.
Descending down to sealevel again at Hopseidet – the small piece of land that connects the Nordkyn peninsula to the mainland.
Fjords at both sides. Climbing up the mountains at the other side and riding along high speed tracks to Mehamn fishing village.
Arrival at Mehamn, the proudness and home village of our Norwegian guide.
Refuelling snowmobiles. Dinner based on local traditions. Overnight at Adventure Camp Mehamn, in comfortable cottages built on the sea water.

Discover the Nordkyn Peninsula
Nordkyn peninsula trails.
Driving along the exciting trails of Nordkyn peninsula. Sight seeing Sletnes lighthouse – Panorama view over the Barents sea. Coffee break at the lighthouse.
Driving along the crystal blue seawater of Risfjord. High speed driving along lake Koifjord. Driving along the west side of the peninsula, down the canyons to Kjøllefjord fishing village, lunch at the local hotel. Returning to Mehamn along the high mountain tracks.
Sauna, Seafood dinner at the Adventure Camp restaurant, overnight in comfortable fishermens cottages.

Crossing 500 metres high mountains
Crossing 500 metres high mountains to Skjånes village at the south east end of the Nordkyn Peninsula. Driving the
snowmobiles onboard the comfortable catamaran ship. Catamaran cruise at 25 knots speed along the Tanafjord. Lunch onboard. Arrival at Smalfjord, riding snowmobiles to Nuorgam, refuelling. Riding back to Ivalo. Arrival late in the evening. Sauna, dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Riding back south to Sodankyla. Lunch at Vuotso village.
